Ensure the device switch is in the ON position and verify sufficient battery level. After resetting the device according to the diagram, wait 1-3 minutes until the network search completes and a continuous sound is emitted. Then initiate the device binding process on the mobile app. Connect the device once detected via Bluetooth.

1.How to bind a device?

In prolonged cloudy conditions or insufficient sunlight exposure, reposition the solar panel to a well-lit area. If the device battery is depleted and cannot power on, set the device switch to ON and charge using a 5V1A power adapter.

2.What to do if the device runs out of battery?

The device cannot be reset and rebound by other users before unbinding. The device owner must actively delete it from the app to allow rebinding to another account, preventing unauthorized use if stolen outdoors.

3.Does the device have anti-loss features?

The device supports PTZ functionality. Use the PTZ control buttons in the app for remote angle adjustment.

4.Can the camera’s viewing angle be adjusted remotely?

Tap the top-left corner of the app home page to expand the family member list. Create a new family or add members under existing families by entering registered email addresses. Shared devices allow permission settings (View/Control), with up to 10 members per family.

5.How to add and manage family members?

Motion detection includes intelligent recognition of humans, vehicles, packages, pets, wildlife, climbing, and vandalism. Customizable event triggers will generate push notifications and store triggered short videos in the app’s review section (Requires cloud service activation under value-added services).

6.What features are included in Motion Detection?

Ensure proper camera installation height. Targets appearing too small in the video due to excessive height will fail to meet AI detection’s minimum size requirements, resulting in filtered targets and no AI alerts/recordings.

When the camera operates without enabling the supplemental lighting, its AI recognition capabilities may experience reduced accuracy under low-light nighttime conditions. Additionally, the recognition distance in low-light environments will be significantly shorter compared to daytime performance. When night vision mode is activated, the system will automatically activate or deactivate night vision based on ambient light levels, with options for either black-and-white night vision or full-color night vision.

8.Can the AI recognition function be used at night or in low-light environments?

Supports up to 256GB TF card expansion. Additional cloud storage is available through cloud services.

9.Does the camera support the use of external TF card?

For indoor/outdoor use: Install the device in stable signal areas. When used indoors, position the solar panel outdoors in direct sunlight (e.g., roof/wall), avoiding shaded or obstructed locations.

10.This product can be used in that environment?

Offline status indicates lost network connectivity. Troubleshooting steps: 1. Check device battery level/power state 2. Poor network stability - Low/medium signal may cause disconnections. Avoid thick walls, ceramics, electromagnetic devices, liquids, or large metal objects.Check signal strength in app homepage/device settings.3. Mobile network issues Ensure phone internet access Verify app network permissions Refresh device list by pulling down on app homepage Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data Contact technical support if issues persist.

11.What if the device is offline?

Common cloud recording failures:1. Unstable network: Ensure stable camera connection 2. Limited FOV: Install properly to avoid blind zones 3. Motion sensitivity: PIR detects lateral movement more effectively. Avoid aligning motion direction with camera orientation.

12.Why did you miss the video?
